When you upload files:
- Files are transferred directly from your device to your cloud storage provider

- App Data: Upload queue and app settings are stored locally and can be deleted by removing the app
- Credentials: Cloud storage credentials remain in iOS Keychain until you remove them or delete the app
- Support Data: Any information provided during support requests is retained only as long as necessary to resolve your issue

You have complete control over your data:
- Credential Management: Add, modify, or remove cloud storage credentials at any time
- Data Deletion: Delete all local app data by uninstalling Upvia
- Notification Control: Enable or disable push notifications and Live Activities in iOS Settings
- Cloud Storage: Manage your uploaded files directly through your cloud provider
International Data Transfers
Since we do not store your files or credentials on our servers, there are no international data transfers of your sensitive information. Any limited app performance data may be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
